New national sales manager for Doosan

June 6, 2013 - Kent Somerville has joined Doosan Portable Power Canada
as its national sales manager. Kent will be located in Edmonton and
will report to Rita Moore, director of sales for Doosan Infracore
Portable Power in North America. Prior to accepting this position, Kent worked with Volvo Construction Equipment in North America managing the Canadian rental channel business and key national rental account relationships for North America.

Kent will be located in Edmonton and will report to Rita Moore, director of sales for Doosan Infracore Portable Power in North America. Prior to accepting this position, Kent worked with Volvo Construction
Equipment in North America managing the Canadian rental channel business
and key national rental account relationships for North America. Prior to working for Volvo, Kent served for eight years as the Ingersoll-Rand district manager for western Canada, where he was responsible for driving growth in all sales channels and working closely with customers.
Kent earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg.
