Terex appoints Hood Logging Equipment as Ontario distributor

March 26, 2009 – Hood Logging Equipment Canada Inc., headquartered in Thunder Bay, Ontario, now distributes the new full line of Terex® compact construction equipment.

Hood Logging Equipment Canada Inc., headquartered in Thunder Bay, Ontario, now distributes the new full line of Terex compact construction equipment.
“This will significantly expand our ability to reach customers in both the Ontario and Manitoba areas, home of two Hood locations,” says area director, North America Compact Equipment, Del Carver.
With more than 45 unique product models, the Terex compact equipment line offers a wide range of compact equipment available from a single manufacture. Its compact product line includes, compact track loaders, a tracked utility vehicle, mini-excavators, compact wheel loaders, site dumpers, tractor loader backhoes, light towers, telehandlers, power buggies, and compaction rollers.
In addition to a full range of Terex compact equipment, Hood Logging Equipment provides a complete array of support services to keep customers up and running. This includes parts and services for the line, along with over-the-counter parts delivery, loaner replacement machines, factory-trained, experienced technicians and satellite-equipped service vehicles.
Hood Equipment currently operates out of its original Thunder Bay location and at a branch in Swan River, Manitoba, which opened in 1995. It also has plans to open additional stores in the future.
