March 24, 2009 – William C. Durant has been appointed vice president and general manager of Hatz Diesel of America.

| William C. Durant has been appointed vice president and general manager of Hatz Diesel of America. Previously, he was engineering manager at Hatz. Mr. Durant has more than 30 years of engine experience and has been with the company for the past 11 years. He will run Hatz North American operations from its Waukesha, Wisconsin headquarters. |
