Rentquip adds Quebec office and bilingual staff

Sept. 26, 2013 – Rentquip
Canada has opened a new location in Mirabel, Que. The 4,000 square-foot office and distribution center will house its French-speaking customer service
team, as well as stock product to serve the Quebec and Atlantic territories.
Just off Highway 15, the new location will provide easy access to equipment and
parts for customers in the greater Montreal area. It will also further expand
Rentquip’s ability to deliver product in as fast a manner as possible to eastern Canada.

Rentquip
made strides in the Quebec market two years ago when it hired Benoit Leroux
and Christiane Boucher to the sales and customer service team, and shortly thereafter further
increased its presence with Martin Tanguay based in Quebec
City and covering eastern Quebec.

Based at the new location in Mirabel is Rentquip's latest
addition to the customer service team, Pascal Lord. Pascal will provide customer service in both French and English.
Pascal has extensive experience in several technical and sales oriented
positions throughout his career.

With
a bilingual staff, French marketing, and now a physical location, Rentquip is
poised to continue its trail of growth in the coming years, supported by its
ultimate determination to provide Quebec rental stores with a top-of-the-line
customer service experience.

Mirabel
is Rentquip’s fourth location in North America, preceded by Richmond, B.C.,
Woodstock, Ont., and Buffalo, N.Y., which serves the U.S. market with Patron line of
products.
