November 21, 2017 - : Charter Software Inc. announced this week that CNH Case New Holland has certified the new CSPS (Common Spare Parts System) integration in their ASPEN Business Management System.

The integration with CSPS is part of the existing ASPEN CNH Communications Interface and will be released November 30th at no additional charge to those CNH dealers who use ASPEN. The additional CSPS functionality comes months ahead of the January 3rd CNH deadline.

CNH announced in January of this year they would be replacing the current e-Parts system with the new CSPS that would offer more functionality and improved Dealer Business System integration, making it easier for dealers to do business with CNH.

“We are extremely excited to provide the new CSPS integration to dealers and continue down the road of our long partnership with CNH Case New Holland,” Anne Salemo, Charter Software Inc. President/CEO said. “It’s important that our product development closely matches technology enhancements made by manufacturers so dealers can continue to better serve their customers and positively impact their bottom line.”

ASPEN Business Management System uses Microsoft .NET and SQL Server to offer dealers strong security, a reliable, manageable IT infrastructure, and easy integration with Microsoft applications.
