BOMAG appoints new territory manager for Ontario, Newfoundland

Dec. 17, 2009 – BOMAG Canada Inc. has announced the appointment of Terry
Constantin as the new Territory Manager for Ontario and Newfoundland.

With this position Terry will be responsible for all sales activities
with our Heavy Equipment distributor Nortrax and direct sales of the
light product line to the rental industry.

Terry brings experience in the product support side of the business and
is looking forward to working with our future and existing customers in
promoting the BOMAG line –Compaction, Pavers & Milling Machines to
the construction industry.
