United recognized for adding solar/battery technology

Hipower Systems presented United Rentals with its Sustainable Energy Partner award at its 2023 dealer summit, showing it appreciation for United’s commitment to its EHR solar battery generator.

The EHR solar battery generator is a microgrid system designed to reduce generator fuel consumption through integration of solar and battery technology. The optimization of energy storage and distribution enhances generator efficiency and results in cost savings and reduction in operational carbon footprint.
