Rental Mart – Your Show

Features News Shows

The Canadian Rental Mart returns March 6 and 7 to the International Centre in Mississauga, Ont. Like other shows, it’s a place to see major international equipment brands. But unlike general equipment shows, the Rental Mart features equipment aimed squarely at the rental industry.

Exhibitors bring out their most rugged, most portable, highest-performing and easiest to operate and maintain offerings. Many Rental Mart exhibitors are specialists in serving the rental industry, with purchasing, support and warranty structures designed with rental stores in mind. They have years (if not decades) of experience supplying equipment to the rental industry, and are often trusted by rental stores to advise them on how to fill out their fleets. When you speak to someone at a booth at the Rental Mart, you can feel certain you are speaking to someone who understands your business.

The Rental Mart is the largest gathering of these suppliers in Canada. That means not only are you seeing a comprehensive array of the latest technology, but you also know what you are looking at is available in your area with short lead times and no customs hassles. The equipment will meet Canadian standards and not break down in the cold and snow. The booth representative might even know where your store is located and what icing is in a hockey game. You may even be able to get a quote in Canadian dollars.

New location
The 2018 Canadian Rental Mart marks the first time the show has been held at the International Centre in Mississauga after many years at the Toronto Congress Centre, just around the corner. The two locations are close enough together that the show hotel remains the same, though it’s ownership has changed the name. So please check your travel plans carefully to make sure you are going to the International Centre for the show and to the Delta Hotels by Marriot Toronto Airport and Conference Centre for lodgings and the Canadian Rental Association banquet. The move to the International Centre makes travel to the show from anywhere in the country even easier, as it is literally next to Pearson International Airport. Parking at the International Centre is ample and free.
