Wyant Canada buys Five-L

April 10, 2013 – The Sani Marc Group, through its subsidiary Wood Wyant, has announced it has acquired Five-L
Equipment in Winnipeg. Like Wood Wyant, Five-L Equipment specializes in the distribution of sanitation products and equipment. This
acquisition will help Sani Marc reinforce its national positioning in
healthcare, education and industrial markets
amongst others.

"Five-L Equipment, a major player in the Winnipeg area, has experienced
strong growth in recent years and will help Wood Wyant positioned itself as a
leader in the province of Manitoba," says Pierre Goudreault, president
of the Sani Marc Group. "This acquisition is in line with our growth
strategy and will be the first step to consolidate the presence of Wood Wyant
in every province of the country."

Sani Marc acquired 100 per cent of Five L Equipment Ltd.'s shares, as of Feb. 6, 2013.
