Uniquip adds to its inside sales team

Oct. 15, 2013 – Uniquip has introduced two new members to its inside sales team. Josiane Guay and Pierre Rozon join Serge Briand to assist all Uniquip customers with any needs they may have.

"Josiane is customer oriented and result driven," Benoit Dufresne, Uniquip product manager, says. "She is dedicated to provide accurate and timely answers to your requests." Guay has 25 years of experience in customer service and sales. Her diversified experience enables her to find innovative solutions to customers' problems. Her primary field of expertise is service and sales.

Pierre Rozon, Serge Briand and Josiane Guay are looking forward to helping Uniquip customers.

Rozon was owner of a rental store for over 15 years. "He knows the rental business and understands all its needs," Dufresne says. Rozon has a strong technical background in hydraulics and mechanics. His primary role will be technical and warranty support.

Briand has been with Uniquip for over 24 years. "His knowledge is a
key asset," Dufresne says. In his long tenure with the company, Briand has developed a comprehensive understanding of Uniquip's accessories, components  and parts.
