L.M. Temperature Control , Woodbridge Equipment and Sullivan-Palatek have made the showcase possible. Nominations closed June 1.

The Top 10 Under 40 feature will recognize skilled and knowledgeable young people who
are driving the industry forward. Anyone working in the rental industry is eligible for recognition, from mechanics and store managers to sales
representatives and event planners.  The goal is to recognize the
achievements of the newest generation that are some of the best and
brightest in our industry.

“We are proud to recognize and celebrate the future of the rental industry in Canada,” said Luis Salazar, president and owner of L.M. Temperature Control. “It is important to recognize young talent that will help grow this industry in the future.”  LMTC sells and rents a diverse selection of state-of-the-art, specialized climate control and power equipment, including air conditioners, fans, chillers, cooling towers, portable freezers, desiccant dehumidifiers, humidifiers, heaters, power generators and distribution equipment.

Woodbridge Equipment, a distributor of excavator rubber track to the rental industry, is also proud to be associated with the promotion of the Top 10 feature. Michael Knight of Woodbridge says the initiative is "an important factor in continued growth and development of a strong industry based on ethical, professional and entrepreneurial skills. The Top 10 award provides exposure and public recognition for  hard working individuals who form the backbone of the rental industry. It is these individuals, collectively, that are charged with the growth and enduring vibrancy required to sustain the dynamic growth of the rental industry in Canada. All industries must reward and recognize outstanding achievements within their respective groups."

Sullivan-Palatek, a major national air power supplier, is another main sponsor of the feature.
