Rocky Mountain Dealerships adds two Case IH locations to its roster

Oct. 24, 2012 – Rocky Mountain Dealerships has reached a deal to buy Case IH locations in Grimshaw and Falher, Alta.

Financial terms of the purchase weren't disclosed but the Calgary-based company said Houlder Automotive, which owns the two dealerships, had about $20 million of revenue last year from assets included in the agreement.

Rocky Mountain said Thursday that it expects the deal to close Nov. 1.

It has agricultural and construction equipment dealership locations throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
