Jan. 24, 2012 - Paul Tomc, president and co-founder of Target Equipment Sales since 1976, passed away Jan. 23rd after a brief illness. Paul was very well known in the Canadian rental industry and you would see him and his wife Lois everywhere from trade shows in Canada and the U.S. to Canadian Rental Association meetings and golf outings.
Memorial services will take place at the Kingsview Free Methodist Church on 15 Kingsview Boulevard, Etobicoke, Ont., just south of the 401 off Islington. Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 27 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Jan. 28 from 12 to 1 p.m. The funeral will be held Saturday, Jan. 28 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Paul Tomc Memorial Fund, with cheques payable to the Kingsview Free Methodist Church.
