NFCdirect.com allows Nissan Forklift to provide more personalized content to its partners and simplifies many online processes. The system makes ordering easier by allowing users to make complete orders from their own spreadsheets by uploading an Excel file instead of individually ordering each item needed. It also offers one-click reordering, making it simple to order items that require frequent restocking. Its real-time inventory status reduces back ordering and helps dealers to stock parts more efficiently.

Some features of the new system include: an all-in-one search tool,

from the dealership’s business system, and part recommendations.

NFCdirect.com replaces the former individual online catalog and parts
ordering systems, NicWeb and NicSmart.
