Feb. 22, 2013–Deputy CEO Hans-Christian Schneider has assumed overall responsibility for the Ammann Group, as of Jan. 1, 2013. He will thus be extending the tradition followed over the past 143 years by this Swiss family and company into the sixth generation, and will continue to pursue Ammann's well-established corporate strategy.

He will thus be extending the tradition followed over the past 143 years by this Swiss family and company into the sixth generation, and will continue to pursue Ammann's well-established corporate strategy.

Hans-Christian Schneider will take over from current CEO Ulrich Meyer, who has been in charge of the Ammann Group since September, 2010. Ulrich Meyer will join the board of directors of the Ammann Group in January, 2013.
The Ammann and Schneider-Ammann families and the board of directors are delighted that this venerable Swiss company will remain under the management of a family member.
