Milwaukee Tool unveils new M18 planer

Oct. 5, 2015 - Milwaukee Tool continues to expand their M18 Cordless system with the introduction of the M18 3-1/4” Planer. Featuring a powerful motor that delivers up to 14,000 RPMs and a two blade design, the new unit delivers powerful stock removal and unmatched depth control.

With 20 locking positions for maximum versatility and accuracy, the new tool has an adjustable depth of 0 to 5/64” (0 to 1.2 mm.) Eliminating the need to re-zero between cuts, the depth dial locks from 0 to 5/64” (0 to 1.2 mm) to increase productivity and minimize downtime.

The M18 3-1/4” Planer also features a rabbet depth of up to 27/64” (1.07 cm) and an innovative adjustable chip ejection feature. This feature allows users to eject chips on either the left or right side, keeping chips out of their line of site.

Compatible with the entire M18 System, the new Planer is a part of the fastest growing cordless system in the industry, now offering more than 70 cordless Lithium-Ion products.
