April 12, 2018 - Classen gives landscapers a versatile and easy-to-use turf rake with its PRO Hydro-Drive.

The unit’s hydrostatic drive operates at infinitely variable speeds as fast as 3.4 mph, making dethatching on hills and grades easier and less tiring.

Operators can use the Classen PRO Hydro-Drive Turf Rake in both forward and reverse for maximum productivity. This also makes loading and unloading the turf rake from a truck easy. Classen offers four blade types: multi-purpose, vertical slicer, flail and spring tines so users can convert the unit to a spring-tine rake, turf seeder or vertical cutter in minutes.

The turf rake provides for varying thatch thicknesses while effectively managing a wide range of soils and grasses, including Bermuda grass and hard soils. The unit comes equipped with 28 flail blades spaced 11/16-inches apart. Operators can adjust the blades to a depth of 1-3/8 inches using the 5-position single action height adjustment.

The turf rake features semi-pneumatic wheels for optimal control and easy gliding across turf. The handle on the PRO Hydro-Drive turf rake folds down for convenient stowing and easy transportation in the back of a truck.

Classen products are backed by a two-year limitedwarranty.
