Insurance providers out of ARA: RER report

April 15, 2011 - The board of directors of the American Rental Association recently adopted an amendment to the ARA bylaws revoking the membership status of associate members providing insurance or insurance products to rental businesses. In a letter to a number of insurance carriers, obtained by RER, ARA has informed a number of insurance companies that they will not be permitted to “exhibit at, attend or participate in The Rental Show.” The CRA is analyzing the decision to assess any potential impact to CRA members. | Read more
