CRA Ontario to host trade show in London

Nov. 25, 2010 – The Ontario chapter of the Canadian Rental Association (CRA) has announced that it will host its biennial Table Top Trade Show on January 22 at the Best Western Lamplighter Inn in London, Ont.

Many exhibitors have already been confirmed, and more are expected to come on board soon. Please see below for the full exhibitor list. The list is current as of November 25, 2010.

The show runs from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. A cocktail and social hour is set to take place starting at 5 p.m., with a banquet dinner and CRA Ontario awards taking place afterwards. A Silent Auction and a Loonie Auction will be held after dinner and the awards presentations.

A block of rooms has been set aside for the night of January 22nd at the Lamplighter Inn. The booking should be made under "Canadian Rental Association Ontario." Rates start at $129 per room.

There are still a few spots left for suppliers wishing to exhibit. CRA Ontario would like to remind all exhibitors that this is a Table Top Trade Show. Therefore, items must not be displayed on the floor in front, beside, or behind your allotted table. The tables are 8' x 30” and will be equipped with linen and skirting.

Recommended Items
• Laptops
• Literature
• Audio/Video display screen (tabletop size only)
• Small display items (not exceeding 30lbs for table top only)
• Promotional items
• Signage (may not exceed the length of the table, must be self supporting from the ground up, or otherwise safely sit atop the table, or be neatly draped from the front of the table)

Restricted Items
• Items exceeding 30lbs
• Items exceeding 24 inches in height
• Displays or items requiring more that 45 minutes to setup or takedown the day of the show
• Any items that cannot be safely displayed on the table top

Silent Auction Items
• Items donated to the silent auction (or an image of larger items) may be displayed on your table if you choose.
