Now that the 2011 trade show season is behind us, we can start planning for 2012. Annex Publishing has again reserved the Toronto Congress Centre March 6 & 7, 2012,
for the next Canadian Rental Mart.

Our original mandate when we re-introduced the show to the industry was to hold it at two-year intervals (“even” years). We will continue with this biennial format in the Toronto area. The event will include both a strong educational program as well an exciting entertainment feature. The event will be strongly supported in the pages of Canadian Rental Service magazine under the editorship of Pat Flannery, together with direct mail, website advertising and special promotions.

The Toronto Congress Centre, with its ample free parking, is conveniently located on Dixon Road only minutes away from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport and in close proximity to all major highways in Toronto. Exhibitors will also appreciate the easy move-in and move-out thanks to the facility’s many covered and heated loading docks. Additionally, the ofﬁcial show hotel, The DoubleTree, is within walking distance directly across the road.

There are three attachments included with this cover letter. The ﬁrst has the exhibitor brochure with additional information and showing the available 10' x 10' booths for
the 2012 Canadian Rental Mart. The second has the “Space Application.” Please consider your company’s booth requirements and send back the completed space application (along with your deposit). Booths will be reserved on a ﬁrst-come, ﬁrst-pay basis. The third attachment is a map of the layout for the 2012 Canadian Rental Mart.
