Following the success of the 2008 Canadian Rental Mart, Annex Publishing has again reserved the Toronto Congress Centre March 9 & 10, 2010, for a follow-up event.
Our original mandate when we re-introduced the show to the industry was to hold it at two-year intervals (“even” years). We will continue with this biennial format in
the Toronto area. The event will include both a strong educational program as well an exciting entertainment feature. The event will be strongly supported in the pages of Canadian Rental Service magazine under the editorship of Mike Davey, together with direct mail and special promotions.
The Toronto Congress Centre, with its ample free parking, is conveniently located on Dixon Road only minutes away from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport and in
close proximity to all major highways in Toronto.
Exhibitors will also appreciate the easy move-in and move-out thanks to the facility’s many covered and heated loading docks. Additionally, the official show hotel will be within walking distance directly across the road.
There are two files to the right of this letter. The first has the floor plan showing the available 10' x 10' booths for the 2010 Canadian Rental Mart. The second has the “Space Application.” Please consider your company’s booth requirements and send back the completed space application (along with your deposit). Booths will be reserved on a first-come, first-pay basis.
