Brad Allmand to the position of chief executive officer and Matt Allmand to president. In the position of CEO, Brad Allmand is responsible for sustaining the overall company strategy.
In his new role as president, Matt Allmand will oversee and direct the marketing, operations, technical support and accounting departments. He will be responsible for communicating and implementing the vision of the board to the operational management team, and coordinating the realization of this vision amongst the departments. Roger Allmand remains chairman of the board. Steve Allmand will remain as vice chairman of the board.
