June 2, 2009 – Location d’Outils Budget/Budget Rent A Tool, in Quebec City, Quebec, celebrates its 25th anniversary on June 1.
The company was founded by Jean-Claude Bourassa in 1984 who has now passed on the business to his son Luc. A member of the Lou-Tec group, the company has surpassed many challenges including a catastrophic fire in July 2005 that destroyed their building and turned their rental equipment to ashes.
With the aid of Lou-Tec members and their suppliers the company was back in business in just eight months, re-established in a new building and operating out of its original location.
