Paul was very well known in the Canadian rental industry and you would see him and his wife Lois everywhere from trade shows in Canada and the U.S. to Canadian Rental Association meetings and golf outings.Dollar drops, commodity prices retreat Jan. 24, 2012 - The Canadian dollar closed lower as data showed a sharp drop in inflation during December while prices for oil and metals backed off. The loonie was down 0.17 of a cent to 98.7 cents U.S. after inflation fell 0.6 per cent from November to an annualized rate of just 2.3 per cent. CRA Ontario hears about protected self-insurance Jan. 22, 2012 - The Canadian Rental Association Ontario assembled at Atlas Copco's head office and warehouse in Mississauga, Ont., on Jan. 18 to enjoy a tasty meal in the dramatic showroom and to hear Ken Fingler and Tom Proch discuss the association's protected self-insurance program.
