Edmonton’s Northern Crane Services acquires Parkland Crane
Sept. 22, 2008 - NC Services Group, parent company of Edmonton, Alberta-based Northern Crane Services, has purchased the assets and business of Parkland Crane Service Ltd., also a provider of aerial work platforms and cranes in the Edmonton area.

Asahi Glass will further cut North America output, Nikkei says
Sept. 18 - Asahi Glass Co. will trim production in North America by 25 percent in October as car sales slow, the Nikkei newspaper reported.

Allmand Bros. promotes third generation leaders
